About Southern Angel Properties
Southern Angel Properties, LLC is a local family-owned apartment rental business started in 2009 by Ken and Deb LaVoie. Our style and philosophy is basic: Offer decent places to live, and treat tenants like clients. Our 24 years in the landscaping industry helps us maintain this philosophy.
Our strategy is to keep our properties in good condition: Safe, neat, clean, and in working order. When a resident calls with a problem, we do our best to fix it that same week, even the same day. We have assembled a great group of people who take care of all our maintenance needs so that we can concentrate on the management of the buildings.
We offer some upscale rentals, basic 1,2,3, and 4 bedroom apartments in Waterville and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in Winslow. We also have house currently for sale in Winslow.
