Southern Angel Properties, LLC is a local family-owned apartment rental business started in 2009 by Ken and Deb LaVoie. Our style and philosophy is basic: Offer decent places to live, and treat tenants like clients. Our 24 years in the landscaping industry helps us maintain this philosophy. Our strategy is to keep our properties in good condition: Safe, neat, clean, and in working order. When a resident calls with a problem, we do our best to fix it that same week, even the same day. We have assembled a great group of people who take care of all our maintenance needs so that we can concentrate on the management of the buildings.

We offer some upscale rentals, basic 1,2,3, and 4 bedroom apartments in Waterville and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in Winslow. We also have apartment buildings for sale in Waterville and Winslow.

If you are interested in renting an apartment from us, and you qualify, visit our application page here.  OR, download and print one and send it by mail.   To qualify, you should make at least 3x the rental per month, (unless you have assistance) have no felonies, evictions, or more than 2 misdemeanors in the past five years. ALL our homes and apartments are non-smoking though smoking is allowed outside.  We allow pets on a case by case basis with an additional NON refundable fee PLUS a small additional amount each month. Those who don't quite qualify financially may be able to qualify by paying double the usual security deposit in addition to first month's rent upon move in.
