Upstairs is the old "owner's" apartment, featuring a large entry, laundry room, tiled counter tops, formal dining room with pass throughs, ALL wood work in original condition, 9 foot ceilings, and a third story, with 3 partially finished bedrooms. A family of 5 could be comfortable in EITHER apartment. This is Prospect St. -- one of the finest neighborhoods in Waterville. As you're driving up the street, you can view the Colby Library clock tower perfectly aligned with the yellow line in the road!
