Pay Your Rent Online With Paypal
For your convenience, we now accept rent payments through PayPal.

Instructions
To pay your rent via PayPal, please follow the simple instructions below, please follow the instructions below to avoid processing fees.
- Log into your PayPal account at www.PayPal.com (if you don't have one already, you will need to sign up for one).
- Select the "Send Money" tab.
- Enter manager@sangelproperties.com in the "To" field.
- Enter the amount you need to pay in the "Amount" filed.
- Select the "Personal" tab (this is important because it will allow you to pay your rent without extra processing fees).
- Choose "Living expense".
- Click "Continue" to go to the confirmation page.
- At this point you should see how much we will receive, how much you are paying, as well as the fee (which will be zero if the funds are coming directly out of your paypal or bank account).
- Add a note to the payment specifying your name or address and/or a memo.
- Click on the "Send Money" button and you should be done.
Note that in order to avoid fees your PayPal account will either need to have sufficient funds, or be linked to your bank account. It usually takes a few days to link and verify your bank account.
You may also choose to pay via credit card by changing the Payment Method before you click on the Send Money button and select credit card. If you choose to do so, PayPal will charge 2.9%, and you will need to make sure that the "I will pay the fee" check box is selected - you are responsible for all such fees. If we incur a fee for this transaction, it will be passed onto you and need to be cleared up before next rent payment due.
